We process account and profile data, churches you join, preferences, prayer requests, interactions, campaigns, rooms, messages, notifications, and technical records required for security and operation.

Prayer requests may contain sensitive personal data. Share only what is necessary and carefully choose the audience and displayed identity.

We use data to authenticate your account, deliver chosen features, enforce permissions, send authorized notifications, protect people and communities, and improve reliability and performance.

AVAH does not sell prayer requests or use private prayer content for advertising or to infer a spiritual calling.

Content is shown only to the selected audience and authorized leaders when care, safety, or administration requires it. Supabase, Vercel, LiveKit, and providers connected by a church may process data strictly to provide their services.

When you open Meet, Zoom, YouTube, or WhatsApp, that provider's terms and policies also apply.

We use authentication, database access policies, expiring invitation links, audit records, and separation between churches. No system is infallible, so human review and reporting controls remain essential.

We retain data while the account or purpose remains active and as required for security and legal obligations. Data may be anonymized when community records must be preserved.

You can change language, identity, notifications, profile discovery, the audience for new requests, and the separate optional preference for AVAH product updates. Promotional permission is off by default and may be withdrawn at any time.

Prayer support does not replace medical, legal, crisis, or emergency services. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
