Terms of Use
These terms set the essential rules for using AVAH safely and respectfully.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
Using AVAH
AVAH coordinates requests, campaigns, vigils, rooms, and community care. You must provide truthful information, protect your account, and use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
You may not use AVAH for harassment, fraud, spam, exploitation, improper disclosure of personal data, violence, or illegal content.
Church responsibilities
Churches and their administrators control members, roles, branding, and content inside their space. They must appoint trusted people and respect privacy, consent, and applicable law.
External integrations are operated by their respective provider. The church is responsible for the accounts, links, licenses, and settings it connects.
Content and moderation
You remain responsible for content you submit and grant AVAH the permission necessary to store it and show it to the audience you select.
We may limit, hide, or remove content and accounts when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity. Reports and automated signals are reviewed by authorized people whenever possible.
Health, crisis, and emergencies
AVAH provides prayer support and coordination, not medical, psychological, legal, or emergency services. We do not guarantee an immediate response from a church or pastoral team.
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Availability and changes
We may update features, integrations, and these terms to preserve safety and sustainability. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
External services, internet connections, and devices may affect audio, video, and notifications. We work to reduce failures but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
